Vitamins and Minerals Report
The FitWatch Fitness Tracker tracks your vitamins and minerals. But please keep in mind: it’s for informational purposes only. The numbers could be off for a number of reasons, especially if you use a lot of custom foods. Food entries that rely on the USDA database can give a better vitamins and minerals intake snapshot. Always talk to your doctor if you have any questions.
You’ll find the Vitamins & Minerals report in the Reports section of the tracker. Clicking on the name of the vitamin/mineral will give you a drilldown of the foods supplying that particular vitamin/mineral. Clicking on the “?” shows more information about that particular vitamin/mineral.
