Recipe Analyzer

Have a favorite recipe but don't know how many calories are in a serving? Or how many carbs, protein or fat? Use the FitWatch recipe analyzer to get the numbers!

Create Custom Recipe

Step 1: Enter a name for your recipe, as well as the amount of servings.

Step 2: Search for foods from the USDA food database. Click on a food item and enter the quantity in the form that appears. Click "Add" and the food will be added to an Ingredients List down below.

Step 3: Continue adding ingredients in Step 2. When you're ready, click "Analyze" to analzye the recipe and see a nutrition label for your recipe.
